Our team has successfully installed a new Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the “Toshevtsi” photovoltaic power plant — another step towards more efficient and flexible management of the solar energy produced.
We installed three Energy Storage Cabinet units – Epoch-S100/215-W-WL, providing:
⚡ 300 kW maximum charge and discharge power (3 × 100 kW)
🔋 645 kWh total storage capacity
🔌 Connection via an 800/400 V transformer to the LV switchgear of the substation
The project is funded under the procedure BG-RRP-4.032
“Support for new power generation capacities from renewable sources and electricity storage with an installed capacity of 200 kW to 2 MW”
The investment is implemented under project BG-RRP-4.032-0182

with a total value of BGN 395,465.00, of which BGN 197,732.50 are provided as a grant from the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
