Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager
In this role you will:
- Manage, control and implement the Integrated Management system (IMS) in the company and its subsidiaries;
- Take responsibility for company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the company maintains its accreditations (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018);
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies;
- Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment;
- Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and
- assisting implementation of improvements;
- Promote awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through trainings and presentations;
- Manage, coordinate and control all processes and activities related to the measurement and improvement of quality;
- Undertake regular internal audits and ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found;
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility;
- Set department objectives/KPIs, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Master’s degree in Quality Management/Engineering/Construction, or a similar field;
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems;
- Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent management and analytical skills;
- Be a “hands-on” implementer of processes and change;

Project Manager
In this role you will:
- Plan, budget, manage and complete turn-key PV projects;
- Provide leadership for a strong and safe performance throughout the project;
- Manage with diverse teams to accomplish the required outcomes for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and scope;
- Deliver projects within the established schedule and budget;
- Support value engineering to reduce costs of labor, materials and equipment;
- Make regular reviews and analyses of actual versus estimated costs to provide feedback and meet cost reduction goals;
- Support other project managers on more complex projects;
- Support business development activities with estimates, contract review, and client communications;
- Coordinate permitting activities with local authorities;
- Act as primary point of contact for customers;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Masters’ degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office, MS Project;
- Proficiency in Spanish and good knowledge of English language;
- Experience in solar parks construction is an advantage;

Project Management Expert
In this role you will:
- Participate and support the processes of planning, budgeting, coordination and completion of photovoltaic projects;
- Monitor the established project schedule and budget and, in case of deviations, report to management;
- Perform regular reviews and analyze actual versus expected project costs;
- Support business development activities with forecasts, contract review and customer communication;
- Coordinate permitting & licensing activities with local authorities;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Masters’ degree in Engineering, Construction / Law or a similar field;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office, MS Project;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in working on public procurement procedures or private investment projects – at least 1 year;
- Knowledge of the regulations – Bulgarian Spatial Development Act, Renewable Energy Law and regulations, Ordinance No. 6 of the Ministry of Energy, etc.
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Valid driver’s license

Construction Manager
In this role you will:
- Plan, organize, control and safely execute construction and installation operations when performing the scheduled activities on the site;
- Plan for the necessary materials, equipment, mechanization and manpower in a timely manner;
- Follow the construction documentation and technical drawings;
- Ensure full operational load, efficient use of machinery and optimal organization of workforce;
- Monitor the performance of construction operations against project standards and technological specifications;
- Coordinate, control and monitor the quality of subcontractors’ activities;
- Maintain relationship and regular communication with investors;
- Prepare regular daily/weekly reports for performance of assigned construction activities against key indicators and deadlines;
- Prepare regular reports on the cost of labor, material resources and machinery;

Electrical Installation Leader
In this role you will:
- Lead, coordinate and control the process of construction, testing and commissioning of energy networks and energy facilities;
- Organize, direct and control performance of electrical activities in terms of quality, deadlines and technology;
- Perform regular cost analysis in your area of responsibility;
- Prepare and follow the work process schedule for your working team;
- Resolve issues that arise during the construction process and promptly signal in the event of problems and inconsistencies;
- Follow up and control compliance with the Health & Safety regulations and requirements.
What do you need in order to fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;

QA/QC Manager
In this role you will:
- Manage, coordinate and control all processes and activities related to the measurement and improvement of project quality;
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of efficient and effective quality assurance systems;
- Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Prepare plans for measurement of project quality according to the requirements of the client and the quality system regulations;
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;
- Strong experience in construction QA/QC management;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office;
