Project Manager
In this role you will:
- Plan, budget, manage and complete turn-key PV projects;
- Provide leadership for a strong and safe performance throughout the project;
- Manage with diverse teams to accomplish the required outcomes for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and scope;
- Deliver projects within the established schedule and budget;
- Support value engineering to reduce costs of labor, materials and equipment;
- Make regular reviews and analyses of actual versus estimated costs to provide feedback and meet cost reduction goals;
- Support other project managers on more complex projects;
- Support business development activities with estimates, contract review, and client communications;
- Coordinate permitting activities with local authorities;
- Act as primary point of contact for customers;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Masters’ degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office, MS Project;
- Proficiency in Spanish and good knowledge of English language;
- Experience in solar parks construction is an advantage;
- Very good management and organizational skills;
- Communication and team organizing skills;
- Willingness for business trips and work abroad;
- Valid and clean driving license

Construction Manager
In this role you will:
- Plan, organize, control and safely execute construction and installation operations when performing the scheduled activities on the site;
- Plan for the necessary materials, equipment, mechanization and manpower in a timely manner;
- Follow the construction documentation and technical drawings;
- Ensure full operational load, efficient use of machinery and optimal organization of workforce;
- Monitor the performance of construction operations against project standards and technological specifications;
- Coordinate, control and monitor the quality of subcontractors’ activities;
- Maintain relationship and regular communication with investors;
- Prepare regular daily/weekly reports for performance of assigned construction activities against key indicators and deadlines;
- Prepare regular reports on the cost of labor, material resources and machinery;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Bachelor’s/Masters’ degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office;
- Proficiency in Spanish and good knowledge of English language;

QA/QC Manager
In this role you will:
- Manage, coordinate and control all processes and activities related to the measurement and improvement of project quality;
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of efficient and effective quality assurance systems;
- Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Prepare plans for measurement of project quality according to the requirements of the client and the quality system regulations;
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;
What do you need in order to fit:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;
- Strong experience in construction QA/QC management;
- Very good computer skills – MS Office;
- Proficiency in Spanish and good knowledge of English language;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent management and analytical skills;
- Readiness to work abroad as a part of site construction management team;Valid driver’s license

Solar PV Project Design Engineer
In this role you will:
- Perform electrical system sizing calculations & design;
- Process computer-aided design (CAD);
- Perform cable cross section calculations;
- Make optimal designs with single-line diagrams, pipelines and cable sizing;
- Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field;
- Work in close coordination with the Design Department Manager
What do you need in order to fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a similar field;
- Knowledge of electrical systems design concepts;
- Computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Experience with electrical systems design will be considered an advantage;
- Very good communication and self-organizing skills;
